• Contract Monthly Price is the Same
• iPhone 4S Data plans are up to 14.4MBPS compared to iPhone 4
• Difference in Pricing is only from $10 for 32GB Model

Comparing it to the previous iPhone 4 Plan , the 16GB model made a price increase of $25  , which was previously $480 but i believed now the current prices would have dropped already.
